Invocora — estimates and KSeF invoices from your phone

Problem

Tradespeople write estimates on paper, in a text message or at night in Excel. They get the VAT rates wrong (23%, 8% or none), and the estimate gets lost in the chat with the client.

From 2026, invoices to companies in Poland are issued through the state KSeF system — so a tradesperson also needs a separate invoicing program.

Solution

  • Estimate on site from your own price list: discount, VAT, equipment minimum order, photos, number, validity date, company logo.
  • The client gets a link and opens the estimate without signing up, in Polish or English — accepts it by entering their name, or declines; the tradesperson gets an e-mail.
  • PDF and a QR code to pay by transfer in a banking app.
  • From an accepted estimate, an invoice in KSeF in one tap, with status by stage — including corrective invoices and invoices for foreign companies.
  • Works offline: changes wait on the phone and send themselves.
  • A ready starter price list for 29 trades.
  • Interface in 4 languages (PL, EN, UK, RU); the client's document is always in the country's language.

Subscription model: 30 days free, then 39 zł/mo, 199 zł for six months or 390 zł a year.
