1. Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this website is:

2. What data I collect and on what legal basis

I collect only the data needed to handle your enquiry and to keep anonymous visit statistics.

• Contact form — your name, e-mail address, project type and message. Purpose: replying to you and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in conducting correspondence).
• Web analytics (Google Analytics 4) — device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source and how you use the site. Purpose: statistics and improving the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — solely on the basis of the consent you give in the cookie banner.
• Server logs — IP address, date and time of the request, browser type. Purpose: security and error diagnostics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Who I share data with

I never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Data may be entrusted only to the service providers I use to run this website:

• Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting.
• Web3Forms — technical handling of the contact form (delivering your message to my inbox).
• Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 (only after you consent).
• Authorities entitled under applicable law, should they submit a lawful request.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long I keep the data

• Correspondence from the form — until the matter is closed, then for a maximum of 3 years (the limitation period for claims).
• Accounting records, if a contract is concluded — 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by tax law.
• Analytics data — up to 14 months, matching the default Google Analytics 4 retention period.
• Cookie consent — stored locally in your browser until you clear it.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a minimal number of cookies. By default, before you make any choice, analytics is blocked — I use Google Consent Mode v2, which holds back analytics storage until consent is given.

• Essential — remembering your choice in the consent banner (kept in your browser's local storage). No consent required.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, set only after you click “Accept”. Used to count visits and see which content is useful.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the button at the bottom of this page or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Is providing data voluntary

Providing data in the contact form is entirely voluntary, but necessary for me to answer your enquiry. Consenting to analytics is voluntary and does not affect your ability to use the site.

8. Automated decisions and profiling

Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

9. Changes to this policy

If I change the scope of the data I collect or the tools I use, I will update this document and change the date shown at the top of the page. You are welcome to check back occasionally.
